These terms govern your use of caseconversiontool.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The service

The Site offers free, browser-based text tools. Conversions run on your device. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular result for every paste, or that a given tool will remain listed forever.

Acceptable use

Use the Site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use the tools to produce content you are not allowed to create. You are responsible for the text you paste and for how you use the output.

Intellectual property

The Site’s name, design, copy, and original code are ours or used under license. You keep the rights to text you paste and to the transformed output. Do not copy the Site’s branding or pass the Site off as your own product.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is.” Tools may contain errors, especially around locale-specific casing, OCR, and file conversion. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to zero, because the Site is free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Some consumer protections cannot be waived; those stay in force.
