There is no backend for conversions, no user accounts, and no database of documents. Transforms run with JavaScript on the page you opened.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to caseconversiontool.com and its language-prefixed pages. It describes how the site treats information when you use the converters, directory, and informational pages.

Information we collect

We do not collect accounts, names, or the text you paste into tools. We do not run a conversion backend, so editor contents are not transmitted to us. Hosting may produce ordinary web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time) that we do not use to identify you.

Local storage

Optional storage, all local:

• cct:theme — light or dark.
• cct:recent-tools — slugs of tools you opened, for the directory.
• cct:title-style and cct:locale — Title Case and locale preferences.
• cct:smart-casing — whether proper-noun repair is on.
• cct:text — the current paste, in sessionStorage for this tab only.

Files you open

Some tools let you drop a .txt, image, PDF, or Word file. Those files are read in this tab with JavaScript. They are not uploaded to our servers.

Cookies, ads, and analytics

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Theme, recent tools, and casing preferences use localStorage or sessionStorage in your browser, not cookies.

This site does not include analytics, ads, or third-party conversion APIs. If that changes, this page will list the service and what it receives (which will not include the contents of the editor unless you explicitly opt in to a future feature).

Third parties

The site is a static export. Fonts are bundled with the build. Contact and suggestion links open your mail client. We do not embed third-party conversion APIs.

Your choices

You can clear site data in your browser to remove localStorage and sessionStorage. You can use the tools without storing a theme preference. Because we do not hold an account or a copy of your paste, there is no profile to export or delete on our side.

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they apply to the live site.
